Sorry, CsmTyler Rose, I couldn't find any information on how many Spare Parts are needed to unlock the Vulcan 4x4, and Mercs 2 doesn't seem to provide a list of Spare Parts needed to unlock 'X' vehicles.
Although I doubt the Vulcan 4x4 would need many Spares Parts to unlock, maybe around 50 out of 100. Just keep collecting Spare Parts and see how many are needed to unlock 'X' vehicles, then add that to this wiki.

The page currently has the Real Life version as loosely based on the Land Rover Range Rover, but it's pretty obviously a Komatsu LAV https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Komatsu_LAV
Just wanted to mention this before changing anything.

I've checked some other sources and it seems you're right, it is based on the Komatsu LAV. Thanks for pointing that out.
