In the ExOps bio, in-game it reads ...An was recruited by Colonel Ji-Wan Han to serve...
Should this mistake [Wan] be there or left corrected as [won]?
If the ExOps bios are like quotes then perhaps they should be exactly as written meaning mistakes are kept.
Jack of Hearts is Ji-won Han.

There is a possibility that his name is spelt 'Ji-Won'. Korean names don't always have a lower case after the hyphen and he might be one with an upper case. The best way to confirm would be to check the e-mail for the contract where you capture him. Whichever spelling is used there (-Wan, -wan or -won) is the one we should use here.
Also, I agree that it should be left as it is written, though from what I understand there may be some differences between the Xbox and PS2 versions. I think the PS2 version features more grammatical errors but I can't confirm this.
I just checked. His name isn't mentioned in the e-mail but when look at through the binoculars his name is Ji-Won. That's the name we'll go with.
