Bae Dokgo, also known as the King of Hearts, is a major in the Korean People's Army and was chief of President Kim's missile weapons division during Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction.

Overview[]
The King of Hearts is encountered in 'Raw Materials', a contract for the Russian Mafia. Dokgo has set himself up in bunker located within an NK garrison built upon a uranium mine. After the bunker is destroyed he will attempt to flee in a Sungri Scout with two elite soldier. he is armed with an LMG.
