The Messenger GL is an extremely common vehicle used in great numbers (to great effect and annoyance to AN hostile players walking or driving vehicles of armor type up to grenade affected armor type 3). These will always spawn with a driver and gunner, the gunner will fire regardless of how close the vehicle is to the target or how close the target is to friendly forces.

Tactics[]
The Messenger GL is best suited for raids on large infantry squads, and can even take out scout cars with a single direct hit. An AI gunner will always perfectly compensate for the arc of the grenade, making this weapon very deadly in the right situations but may turn out disastrous for the vehicle if moving fast in the direction of the gunner's target.
It is possible to melee all occupants of this vehicle from the outside, the best melee tactic to empty a messenger is to jump on the engine block while facing the occupants and melee twice to kick the driver and bash the gunner.
Real life[]
The Messenger GL is a modified version of the Humvee, replacing the .50 caliber machine gun for a 40mm grenade launcher.
